I have been reflecting and walking! I find it helps me when I cant get my head straight! I tried to do some of the work I needed to but really could not concerntrate so I came here instead!

Soon - Oh joy at the thought - I will have to do my ironing and get ready for the week away

I today have been out on the bike and even talked dax into coming with me, We didn't go far we went to a bikers cafe in sherburn in elmlet. But it is quite a big step for dax to take and I had to drive at 30 miles an hour all the way, when i went faster she was shouting into the intercom to slow down

What were you reflecting on as you were walkig?

I was thinking about my grandmother and all the good times, and what she stood for. I was also trying to work out how to help my Dad and my Mum. I do not have a good relationship with my parents but I dont want things to be any harder for them than they need to be, they are going through quite a lot on top of the loss of my grandmother.

I spent some time just watching the flowers and leaves, watching the bids in the sky, we have some amazing birds to watch round here and I always find watching them quite calming.

Nature is a wonderful thing!

I also took the car for a spin as I needed some speed!!!

You should take a ride on the back of my bike now that doea have some speed

As for your parents I don't think you can make a loss any easier for anybody I think it's just something you have to get through yourself, sometimes people trying to be well meaning upsets you even more as it just drags up old mermories

You are right - they have to get through this themselves but I can be there if that is what they need - my mother needs some emotional support and I guess I should be able to be there for her when she needs to talk!

I'm not usually one for giving out adive I seam to have become all mature all of a suden instead of my usual self
