I've been wondering around this site for a while now, and I'm almost getting the hang of it. But there's SO MUCH here!
I found bit's on the history of hte site, and all about Douglas Adams and the other 2 setting it up. It's all very I haven't figured out why there isn't a WAP version of it yet though, as that was the original essence of the "h2g2" guide.

Ooo.. can I ask why your name is Demon Drawer? It's certainly a nice name, but a very original one.
And what ARE the acronyms after your name? The ACE and Guru I've twigged, but what are the AWE - WAWi about?
...and forgive my noseyness, but is FC your "partner"? (Sorry, it's so hard to tell genders here)

Ok little bit of history. There was a WAP version but when the BBC took over the site it wasn't continued. By which point I had my WAP phone.

The AWE-WAWi stands for the Wilde Award for Wit which I recently received for simply being me for an hilarious comment in one of the forums.
