How do you keep track of everyone who joins? And how many of you moderator types are there?

Ime not a moderater type. I am a voleter who helps the italics (the people incharge whos names are in italicks on the whose on line list)with comunaty matters, like welcoming new poepl. there is a page set up taht automatically tells us when somone joens that we look at. the Guru is a tchnical thing and basic problem solving for people while the aces are helping people find there feet and giveing the ditors the comunatys vew on there descions..I think there is a litle more to it than that but its more or less right
otehr thn GURUs and ACEs there are SUB EDITORS who edit the entrys aproved for teh guide and SCOUTS who deicde which entrys need to be edated then go in. all this is doen through teh pear revew system that is linked in teh banner at the top of the page.
am I making sence with any of this?
and I am sorry about my spelling but I am dislexic so it is ferly s**t
