Very neighbourly of you to stop by and say hi. Now that I've checked out your space, I see you are definitely a good neighbour to have. I, too, am a fan of Queen, Styx, The Who, and The Beatles; also ELO.
I'd love to take you up on your offer of Doughnuts, but Doctor's Orders (Hate'em!)... DO(H!), get it? Bad, I know...have to be followed. So, the sweet, succulent spheroids must be avoided like cricket. 
Anyways, you've been bored enough by this babbling. And all just to say thanks for stopping by, neighbour!
