Alcohol - the legalised (and taxed!) drug 
I'm sorta glad that the government is taking a fresh view on the use of canabis
It has always seemed to me to be somewhat hypocritical to allow alcohol and tax the stuff, but not pot
I've never smoked the stuff and am not likely too either, but I've seen several who have and they don't get loud and punchy, they tend to sit in the corner and giggle
