Theres no point me going to the 
and getting a prescription, the longer I have nocotine in my bloodstream the longer I get the craving. I'm going to cold turkey it and see what happens...
If it was that easy to get some quiet time then I would be doing it! Oh well as Bon jovi says, I can sleep when I'm dead....

Just don't take on more than you can..if its stuff at home J's there too!
Its supposed to be the first 3 weeks thats the worst for the nicotine cravings so you must be nearly there
