I drink a cup of Camomile and spiced apple tea in the mornings, and I'm lucky cause I actually *like* salad. It's my favorite food!
Don't you all hate me now?!
But seriously I also enjoy excercise and go running every morning adn do 180 situps per morning. And go on my cruncher.

OKay, reading that back, I sound like an excercise addict or like I have a distorted body image or summat. Hmm. Much less healthy than I like to see myself.

wish I did that much exercise I love salad too, but its all the other stuff that I like with the salad that makes it fattening well, on pretty much my current eating regiem, I lost two stones over two years; waht lets me down is the lack of exercise I relaly should join teh gym

If I do more than 200 per morning my abs seize up so I stop at 180. The running was a pain recently cause I had knee injuries form ballet (yet more excercise) so coudn't go running.

Your probably dehydrating Seriph; coke/cola because of the caffine makes you loose more water than you take in with it just don't* buy any cola then you can't drink it and you'l have to dirnk the water/juice etc herbal teas are good too, and a nice strong cupa tea has plenty of flavour; I'd recomend drinking em black, and if you want a bit 'extra', when your making 'normal' tea, put in a bit* of sugar I've not done situps in ages... I used to do about fifty or so without too much effort, but I also did some of teh 'alternative' situps; better for your back, and work on differnt muscle sets I'm fairly good at press ups too, guess I should start just doing the sit ups and press ups to begin with it'd be a start unfortunatley I can't get to do my favourate exercise as often as I'd like

>> Never heard that before, have you ever been bored enough to restart smoking, RF? <<
Nope.
I know of several people who've "given up" smoking several times, only to restart a few days/weeks/months/years later. The problem is, really, that they *think* they've "given something up" by stopping smoking. You need to change the way you think in order to stop, and once you've done that, the willpower bit is frankly quite easy. I mean, I don't think I have any willpower at all, yet I stopped, and it was reasonably pain-free. There's also a massive industry geared up to tell you how *HARD* it is to stop smoking, so that you'll buy their products. These companies are in the same league as the tobacco ones, IMHO. Also, the NHS seems to have been suckered in by them. Let me give you an analogy: Stop injecting heroin, instead take heroin through this harmless innocuous patch. It's still ing heroin, for BoB's sake! The delivery method (smoke, patch, gum) is irrelevant! That makes me so !!!
Really, if you want to stop, it's not hard. I did it, and I was 20 a day, 40 if I went down the pub - which I did more nights than not. Now, I can go down the pub and mix with people who smoke with no problems, and no desire to ever smoke again.

My Dad relaly didn't seem to have any desire to smoke when he'd given up... I mean, I was round him a fair bit when I was back home, in pubs where i was smoking, and others we knew al were too I told him he was stupid for starting again so, you recon I should take up the heroin again, and use that to help me stop smokign? I've just not a really bit a desire to want to quit
