You should take care when crossing your legs in a hurry...this actually happened to a guy I used to work with: he sat down at his desk and crossed his legs, as you do, but without making the all-important adjustment to his nether regions first. He twisted one testicle over another, and had to be rushed to hospital, and operated on before the blood supply to one testicle was cut off and it shrivelled up and died. He was off work for a few weeks as I recall. So be careful out there, folks! 
Oh yeah, it was also *very very* painful!!!
