-up..thats how i feel right now.im mentally n emotionally washed out n the hurt,doubt,guilt and most of all anxiety doesnt stop!the tablets the drs put me on dont seem to be helping.if i dont get some sort of resolution of things soon i can see me having a breakdown!

Oh dear, I'm sorry, it's bad enough as it is, but christmas only makes it worse.

It's probably a bad case of christmas blues, blowing life's problems out of proportion.

I always seem to get the blues this time of year.

Don't worry, it will be over soon.

bit more than xmas blues unfortunately..but yeah xmas doesnt really help!at least there will be presents n lots of booze!

Well hubby decided to decorate the hall, stairs and landing.. and he is still doing it!

The living room is just about passable for now... I found my kitchen today

So I have up the stairs and the bedrooms to finish off tomorrow!

Ah well, I'm down in t'country with my Ma & Pa at the mo, and they have all kinds of wildlife in the back garden. And I used to belong to the RSPB in my youth. You never forget these things...
