But surely "vegetarian" means "NO MEAT" not "well it might have a LITTLE BIT OF MEAT, just because we don't care about anything execpt the money we can take out of your pocket or just incase you change your mind" oooOOOOoooOOOoo I would have had a load of fun with this

thats still a huge drop for me though, and i do feel a lot more in control of it , so she didnt fail completely.
dont feel so n control tonight though, just had to have one cos i was upset
Its just me spose , ill always bre the odd one who doesnt fit somehow.. mydad said to me i sao this woman was had a 96% success rate in one session, youll be one of the other 4 then n laughed.. guess he was right, im just a bloody freak..

I still recommend my method to cut down (not stop, maybe later...) which is just to put the packet somewhere totally inconvenient, so you can't just reach for one, you have to balance the effort of getting up & finding them against the need for nicotine.
I've cut down by about half since doing this.
