Most of the good deals I've got ahve been through watching items as they've come up to the end of the aucion and putting in a bid, just a tadge above the currently price just a minute or so befor eth eend; and then increasing it again if necessarly if someones already put in a higher bid that wasn't showing other stuff that ain't necessarly going to be a great bagin or a huge saving etc., Esp CDs, I'll just stick a max bid in early on and leave it.... depends really what the item is and how liekly it is to attract a whole bunch of bidders wanting to gain a cheap price Not bought anyting on Ebay in yonks Actually they're not in my good books; I need to change my Email address that I use for it but can't find any way to do this, and didn't get a reply when I Emailed em, just a standard Email that didn't help

i really hope i win this one though, its a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs n a footstool all in dark blue leather n great condition,only local too, my sofas are a disgrace.

Ooh, I've just seen a really nice sofa on e bay that sounds a lot like that one. Lucky I've got my e-bay wizard program that guarantees to put the last bid.

I don't actually have that program But it *does* exist. Sold on e-bay I believe.

Basically, you tell it what your highest bid will be and it waits until about 2 pico-seconds before the auction closes to put your bid in.

ok than if you have the only Wizard Programme then thats ok but if you don't have the only one Wizard programme but one of many thats out there being used to make the last bid........
