It wouldn't matter opening another account would it, the people you don't want around will just attach themselves again with just a click of the mouse button
Besides, you'll just add an extra tiny bit of strain to the BBC servers and they're cracking down on that on other sites

Being able to remove yourself from other peoples friends lists would be nice though..When i go to look at whos got me on theirs tons of them have either left, i dont know them or dont like them !

I must admit I don't use the friend list all that much, I just people I collaborate with on there, and people who actually communicate more than just how to fix up my grammar. My grammar is just fine, and my grandad too.
