Sorry, I was being a grump last night.I'm not overly looking forward to the afternoon of family stress that is xmas though! and with my nan as she she is now bless her we're looking at extra stress . I get added depravation this year too! thankfully its only a few hours though before i get to come home n lose myself in the big bottle of jack daniels i usually end up in fact if my bro wasnt kiddng about the size of the bottle hes got me i prolly wont have sobered up before the meet

Though I guess these things are what you make them n I should try to get my spiritis about it all up a little! if not i can always hide in the kitchen with a good book .

Nearly time to put up my well, I don't actually put up a christmas tree... I put up a potato instead, its kinda symbolic this is a bit much though isn't it?

I don't usually bother with tree n decs here as we don't spend actual xmas here (very littlle of it anyway) but I may do this year for Josh

I'm not in a real hurry or anything... probably take me half an hour to get it to the point when its in the oven (washing up to do first, preparing it all frying off sausages etc), then it'd probably be half an hour or so in the oven.... maybe longer

can it be a casserole after only half an hour in the oven? I thought the point ws to leave it there for a few ..

Yeh, it'd more likely take 45 minutes to an hour and a half hmm.... might just do chips and sausages then or do a sausage rice bake thinggy, that'd be quicker... no I want potatos... chips then... probably
