sorry, am new here but as for bruises: they hapen sometimes so if you do not know the herb ARNICA now you konow. It really works! Can be bought in drugstores as a gel, ointment or pills and sometimes as a dry stuff to make a tincture oneself. The gel arnica works really fast; it even can help as a cosmetic if some thin veins on the face are red and visible after some
hard night... But never let it go into eyes!!!

Andy: What's all that about the police? What on earth have you done now.
Janwhirr: funnily enough, that's what I ended up using. It did work pretty well, you're right. I spent several days buying handfulls of products in desperation and arnica was the one which I used last. I've definately made a mental note for future reference...
