I have been out for a wonderful drive in the sunshine today.
The British countryside is truly a marvel to behold.

well yes very true i was without a job for a while before this one which my mate who also works there told me about it wasnt that i disliked the old job because it was steady enough just filling shelves (well apart from having the mick taken by my mate )
I was told i would be put on the training course for a promotion if i would help out at another store which i did and then i wasnt good enough for a promotion don't get me wrong if he would have just asked i would have done it just i don't like been tricked into doing it
Then we had a new manager who was a good lad until he got with the code checker who had ambition of her own who became our number 2 and after he had a problem he didn't sort witch in the end up cost the poor bloke his job god knows why i am saying poor he turned into a right with us mind you we had the last because when work wasnt done at 6 am when we finished we would go and leave him to it where with our old boss we would stay until the job was done which got to him he tried to stop a lad one day and was told in un minced words let him go or he would phone the cops because he had done his contracted hours
Then she became number 1 (or boss) and started to force us out by making our lives a living which she did successfully we held on for a few month which really annoyed her (as planed by the other workers and me ) before i had enough and left i was depressed and didn't want to go to work and i was having to work managers hours even tho they wouldn't promote me and nothing was ever right guess who had a hand in that and i heard that they went out and celebrated the fact they had got rid of me
Last last time i heard if my sources are correct she was demoted and now just stacking shelves and most probably wont get a promotion again

If you are working in a shop and some comes in and misbehaves themselves then you would have to call the cops.
It's always important to get the jobs done and share the work together. Teamwork is very important.
I was talking to someone the other day, one of his dreams is to take out some deprived children for the day.
What is your dream?

It was the boss who was trying to be funny

very true with our first boss we did have grate team and arguably best crew by a country mile when that kicked off it turned from team work to you do what we say or els and just been treated like mugs that was the point we didn't like
Look at it this way i put you in charge of filling my store for example and you have a fantastic crew hard working work for each other have 20 min lunch if they was really against it wont go till every thing is squared away would you change any thing even if you didn't get along with any one i wouldn't i would at least try to keep every one on side not turn into a dictator and rock the boat
What is your dream?
already sorted tony Blair is out of office
