Sounds like they keep coming loose, have you tried tightening them up? There should be a screw type tightener on the lead just before the head of the scart, twist that!

I never knew there was a screw you could tighten up on a scart lead,until now it's fixed thanks mate

I have to point out,the tech guy who came to fit my new box,he didn't know why i kept getting disconnected and fitted me with a GOLD scart lead he said it was better and i shouldn't get any problems

Gold is better, cos it's a better conductor, I just have the bog standard alloy ones though that TW gave me. Glad you sorted your problem though.

I did find the odd hour to celebrate and as for the candles,well let's just say,i thought my lung had collapsed again,from blowing them all out,i nearly made it to the last 1 after 20 i'd 'blown'it
