Hello Emmily,
I am having problems with my pc and I wonder if you know anyone local in the Thurrock area that could help to re-format my computer, as I find I.T. businesses that provide computer repairs very expensive and as I am on benefits I am unable to afford to anyone to do it. I don't know anyone who could help me and I am not confident enough to do it myself.

Hmm, the only local person I know (in Aveley) would cost £79.99, and I doubt you could afford that on benefit.
What Windows do you have, why do you think you need to re-format?

Thank you for your reply.
I have Windows Professional 2000 and the reason that I need to have it formatted is because their a lot's of blocks on what I can do with editing pictures and I am unable to use internet explorer (even the updated version) as their is a block on it's many functions.
