Hi Venus,
Finally sent your link, hope it works 
Though I don't know how long we'll be able to use our links. 
Sorry for delay, I had no Internet access for most of the day yesterday (Tuesday) nor cable TV, and for a few hours no land line phone either.
The amount of time Virgin Media took to fix it, I hope they were running around like headless chickens 
I spoke to an engineer closing a green box round the corner from me at around 11.00am, asked him if he was the reason my Internet was down, and was it sorted it now, as he rushed back to his van he said they were still trying to find the fault.
With no Internet to waste my time on, I had an early night.
