I'll be staying in, as per usual, which I don't mind at all. I'm a bit of a boring old fart when it comes to parties - I don't like the noise, I don't like too many people around me, and I don't like the 
balloons, see what I mean 
Besides, Elsa, my oldest 
needs my company for when the fireworks start, and go on for about 15 mins around here. She shivers and shakes the whole time. She'll be 14 years old next month, it may well be her last year. She's showing signs of slowing down, I'll not let her suffer once she really starts deteriorating. Anyway, enough of my morbid thoughts, hopefully that's months away yet.
