Hi Emmily - I hope you didn't take my EF thread as a dig at you - it totally isn't. (I love maltesers, and I am of the opinion that big updates like that should have their day in the sun)

I'm just miffed that when I brought this up with the Post-it note thing I was roundly slapped and basically accused of wanting to take the glory of having an FP entry having done very littl work

I thought if I explained that I had simply followed the instructions *at that time* (they get changed without notice) that would clarify what had happened, and how Maltesers had ended up where it had, but it seems none of us are suppose to get our kudos from seeing our Entries on the Front Page.

I didn't misunderstand that. me thinks it's a case of the left-hand not knowing what the right-hand is doing, quite a feat when there's only, what, three of them.

I really had a fight with them about the Post-it one which I completely re-wrote. But there you have it.

I think you should get some FP kudos for doing these things - so I'm glad you got yours!

I don't think as many Entries are being updated as there used to be, just six in there at the moment, with such a low profile, it's simply not worth the effort IMO.

I swore I wouldn't do any more updates when the Eds stopped allowing complete re-writes to be submitted to PR. I made an exception in 'Choc's Club' name for Maltesers.

I was doing an update, when the change in updating Entries was announced, I abandoned the update, and re-titled the Entry so it can go into PR (and hopefully the Front Page), which I still haven't finished.
