The Victorious Plum (Not Tinned Yet)
Hello.
Welcome to my corner of the h2 site.
My name is taken from the National Anthem of the UK where it goes "Send her victorias" (that's just after the Da-da-da-da bit). As anyone knows, Victorias are a type of PLUM and that is me. Small, juicy, almost (but not quite round), a bit of a softy with a big heart of stone. Happily, through wit, guile, cunning and luck, I have remained at liberty from the greedy clutches of the diabolical canners so I am also VICTORIOUS in the struggle for freedom for old fruit. The best things in life are free and I can happily say that I am NOT TINNED YET.
I am not really called Victoria but I often have ideas above my station.
(I am not really a plum either).
