h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hey! I hope you remember me. I am an old head that lost their old account to rupert Yes I am jumping back into the knowledge quickly as I have already read up on why I can't access my old account.

Well hope the RP hasn't died on this site as it was what kept me coming back!

Welcome back, to be honest this place isn't what it was, most people have moved on to thoer social media, there are still a few around but not enough to fill RP's anymore, A shame but there you go

That's what happens when a corporation takes over independent locations! The problem with other social media sites is that you lose the customization that we have here in hootoo! We need to renew it and make a push to bring back alabaster as the default! :D

Also I think h2g2 needs to strive together to help make BBC realize that we still need the independence we had preBBC.

Maybe I am just being to ambitious

All that's already in hand. The problem has been that the BBC missed the opportunity to make h2g2 competitve with Twitter and Facebook and now, even the faithful have moved to the competition

But Twitter and Facebook fail in comparison to what we can do on h2g2.... Or am I being biased? You can't create your own entries, you can't RP as awesomely as you can here, and you can't live DA's dream of making an Earth friendly edition of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy!

It just isn't the same using something like that. I mean heck after RPing on here I find forum RP to be boring because you don't have the creative prowess there that you have here!

There is that but I think the BBC missed the Blog/FB/Twitter boat big time and instead of upgrading h2 to be competitive they let it slip
