Just a note to Welcome you to the ranks of the ACEs 
Emmily has made a great “Hints and How To” page for ACEs at <./> A3022390</.>
When I started I found <./>A573833</.> So you Want to be a good Ace - to be a really good place to start as it sets out the "conventions" that we use.
I have made a "Hints and Links for New Researchers" page at <./>A719840</.> you are more than welcome to use it at any time for your Welcomes if you find that it’s useful.
Also, in case anyone hasn't mentioned it - if you run into any new researchers who come up as another site besides hootoo don't ACE them - we only do this site and other new ACEs have made that mistake - not a problem - but better to know before you start..
And we have been asked to watch newbies who state that they under 16 - they should not post any contact details without parental permission.
