One of my favourite Rankin novels! I have a signed copy from the press. How are you finding it?
Have you read other Rankin books?

I've read Sex Drugs and Sausage Rolls, I'm getting on ok with Witches, when is the launch of knees up Mother Earth and where is it, the Waterman's Art Center by any chance, Oh many a bored hour I've spent in there

No... the official lauch will be in Stripes Bar. Which I still need remember how to get to... But we will be at the Waterman's Art centre the following days...

If you enjoyed Sex Drugs and Sausage Rolls then I would sugest the Brentford trilogy as you get to know more about the charactors of that novel... Also Knees Up Mother Earth is rumoured to not only be sequel to Witches but a prequel to the Brentfords books... Good eh?

I haven't been in Brentford for 6 years so I don't know where Strips is, I do know the Waterman's tho, I used to work at the Fountain Leasure Center, it's where I met my Ex Husband

I believe it's part of the football ground. The new novel is the first to feature the Brentford Bees a football club on the verge on Bankruptcy.
