Not too bad, I went shoppong in Southampton today, Alex has a friend over to play and I'm just chilling ATM, how's you?

got the flu past the nasty viloent vomiting stage nw though..but josh has got it too now ..arrrgh!

ive just noticed a huge bruise i dont remember doing too hmmmm.

i cant believe im watching and enjoying fame academy!

I've been fairly lucky with Alex she's never been a sickly kid she's had coughs colds and other kiddy things but never anything other things kids have.

Hes just getting over tonsilitis..i didn een know he had a sore throat till i checked it cos his ears seemed gunky n they were hge !

Alex is a right little drama queen when she's sick but won't stay in bed for fear of missing something

Absolutly, I would never go to bed before my sister it was a priciple thing cos she's younger, God, stubboness is a family thing this is the 4th generation it's come out in, my Grandad, my Dad, Me and Alex

can be pretty stuborn myself

Knackered, I've been working since Monday

same here.. apart from the working part. im just knackered.. been sleeping really badly n had to be up at a stupid hour to babysit this morning id be in bed now if i didnt feel such a compulsion to wait for the fame academy results!

Awww I didn't sleep too well last night either

n when i do sleep im having the most bizarre dreams!
