Am subbing furiously....
How can I explain 'downforce' and could you maybe add that to the vocab entry and I´ll link to it?

Wotcha!
I think most of my F1 stuff is back in the hands of TPTB now. Downforce, in the vocab page (A914979), comes under the heading of 'aerodynamics'; I thought about creating a new definition for it, but couldn't without getting too complicated.
I would suggest you overtly link to the vocab entry with something like.
"...downforce (see 'Aerodynamics' in Vocabulary</LINK>
..."
Just a suggestion.
