Yes I am - in answer to your questions, 1) we still check feedback pages even when we're not subscribed to them 2) we're subject to the same winter viruses as everyone else and we work standard office hours. So please try to be patient.

Oh the servers are very susceptible to seasonal sniffles! Perhaps I shouldn't have poured cough mixture into them... 
Anyway, I've just had some excellent Chuntney/Bell Pepper Cheddar, and I think that's the answer.

Glad to hear you are listening. In real life I also lost a days pay to some cold virus. then my wife caught it from me.
My personal Physician wasn't very helpful.
Anyway I will live to write more articles for h2g2
