Dropping the 's' in "https" will make a posted link print properly.
I don't know what the source of the 'bug' is.

Thanks for that!
Monday - going for layers today. Burgundy skinnies with square toed ankle boots in oxblood red. They're not that comfortable for long walking. Green T shirt, sheer black/ floral shirt, and an apple green cardi. It's a bit scratchy - might leave it the office for emergency use. A new scarf in slubby olive green, which is lovely and soft, and a grey Craghoppers waterproof jacket. This is a bit casual for work, I think I need a short smart rainproof outer layer.

Tuesday: navy Gap 7/8 trousers, green/ cream top, cream cardi which I don't really like, it's too baggy in the sleeves. Cream cotton scarf, turquoise flats.

Thursday: dentist, office lunch do, video viewing meeting in the evening.
Wearing the red boots again, as they're the best option in this weather. On my wishlist are a pair of colourful Doc Martens....
Inky blue linen trousers, and a grey striped shirt with white collars, you know, like David Steel used to wear. And a sleeveless wraparound red knit.
Also on wishlist - memory foam Skechers, and a short Burberry mac.

Friday: walking to the train station, and after work drinkies.
Flat boots - the pink embroidered baseball boots. The forecast is for rain, not sure how waterproof these are.
Trousers - M&S slubby brown. These aren't that comfy - they're quite tight on my thunderous thighs. But I like the colour. Might seek out a replacement pair. Light wraparound cardi in a similar colour. Shell top in duck-egg blue. I like the colour of this top, but the sacklike shape isn't the most flattering. I was watching myself on a video last night, and in one of the dances I was wearing a similar type top, and it really does me no favours. I shall weed out any such items in my wardrobe.
Overall - the nod in the direction of a trouser suit via the same colour pants-and-cardi looks well, and the colour combo of cappuccino and pale blue is good, especially accented by the turquoise slank bracelet, and pulled together with a scarf in apricot decorated with pictures of deer in brown and blue. But the fit of the trousers is bad, and the shape of the top is dowdy.

Dancing week: the pink Per Una flows and swirls beautifully, the green party skirt always attracts comments, and the floaty blue skirt was admired by the cheese shop lady.
Commuting outfits: I think I'm starting to identify a style. Leggings with a tunic top (not too short!) and ankle boots. Also knee length skirt (I have them in b/w check, bronze tweed, and black suede) with opaque tights and flat shoes. Might do one of my "Sudoku squares" with these for inspiration.

Latin Square done with my knee length skirts, and just as well too, as I was giving a presentation in one, where I was photographed and tweeted...and the tweet was picked up and replied to by one of my fashion blog followers!
Metallic skirt - it's a statement item so the rest needs to be kept minimal. Black T shirt that looks a bit like a leotard, as I was imposting as a dance teacher . Black tights and flat shoes, big pewter necklace.
I looked down at the skirt later on, and thought the stitching was coming apart at the side seam. That's not good, I sez to meself...then realised it was the loose tacking that covers hidden pockets. Pockets! In a skirt! Marvellous.

There is no hiding in these days of social media.
I'm preening myself that I was the only presenter to actually get up and do a dance step.

Wore the metallic skirt again, this time with brown suede knee high boots, a white shirt and a camel thin cardi. Looked good at a business meeting, and then a dance class.
Slightly different variation today - black suede skirt with flat black boots and black/white/orange flowery long sleeved Tee. Needs more opaque black tights.

you can't have too many opaque black tights
I wore my new (charity shop rescue), claret/red/burgende jacket the last two days (its starting to get a bit cooler here as autumn approaches), - had people make nice comments on it both times Yesterday the girl who works in the pub was admiring it (I think she wanted it!), and today I had two nurses comment on it - took me a while, but I've finally fathomed how to do the odd 'clips' /hook things on the front up more easily (even with my now not very sensative fingers), so fiddly, but I guess they're designed so when fastened, you can't see any buttons, zip, etc, at all from the front... Its 3/4 length sleeve which I love, and has gorgeous beading pattunred on it, in a ocuple of places - I must get a new pair of boots though, they're letting everythign down right now - then I just need to persuade W that I'm allowed out and about wearing a suitable skirt and stockings to match - oh, and with a plain black linen blouse today, under We scour the charity shops now, at least twice a week

Its gorgeous....! has a kinda Spanish-y look about it, I'm not sure why; its the sort of swirling patturn of the beading I think... - and all for... oo £5.75 I think from teh charity shop, and I guess by the feel and that its lined, it wasn't exactly a dirt cheap one new (I seem to have been converted in to a charity shop scourer of late , actually the linien blouse was from teh charity shop too )

I'm all blue today, apart from black boots.
I like this shirt, but they've stopped making them. It has two chest pockets and epaulettes, and doodles that hold up the sleeves when you roll them up. The fabric is just the right thickness. I'm on the look out for imposter versions since they stopped making this one.

Spotted on this morning's commute - a cute short knitted cape with a hood. Something I could make myself, methinks.
