This week's "to do" list
Beatrice Started conversation Oct 3, 2004
1. Phone Ash's tour manager and arrange an interview
2. Get hold of a knitting pattern - in English - for a baby garment, to keep my hormones happy, give my non-smoking fingers something to do, and produce a gift for a friend whose due date is looming.
3.Have a bikini wax, and check out spray tanning facilities.
4. Curry some prawns for lodger's birthday.
5. Parade around in fishnets. In public. (Private demos by request only).
Typical week, then

Make sure you take a couple of paracetemols about half-an-hour before the waxing
I can help you with the knitting pattern for babies in English.
I have LOADS which I can't throw away, I was gonna sell them on eBay but I couldn't be to photo & advertize them all.
So, what do you want?
Knit? Crochet?
Matinee set?
Shawl?
Jackets?
Bonnets?
Dresses?
Jumper/trouser sets?
Bootee, mitten sets?
4-ply or DK wool?
Yes, I knitted for my older three - lots & lots & lots.
So there's boys & girls patterns.
Email me & let me know what you'd like & I'll describe what I have.
I'll be pleased to send them to a good home.

I might parade around in fishnets myself, in your honour

Oooh, thanks hun! I'll email you tomorrow.
Forgot on my to do list - appear on radio on Wednesday morning to talk about the forthcoming show! And then start Italian lessons. Oh, and book hotels and car for a trip back to my parents at the end of the month.....

S'long as you don't let your work interfere with any of that! In view of GB's post, do you still want me to complete my mission in the UK?

Oh I think you should! I know you were looking forward to your stint as Knitting Pattern Man - saving the world from rampaging hormones!
I'll need needles and stuff anyway, and since you're here this weekend that's the speediest method.

Will we be experianceing the fishnets at the Christmas meet? Perhaps we should have a 'themed' meet and all come along in fishnets

It might be easier to do a list of those that don't* want a private screening, it'd be less writing to do

What's happening on Saturday?

Ash as in "Downpatrick's rock gods" - ho yes!
They're playing Lux this Saturday, and I've used my power as editor of a newsletter for Irish ex-pats here to wangle an interview.
Any suggestions for questions?

Dont know his tattoo, never really followed Ash, a bit *light* for me...
I've got another tattoo since I was last really hanging around on h2g2... An outline of a dragon starting on my right pec and curling up over my shoulder onto my back. It's not finished yet (though I've had it almost a year(too skint right now) but its going to have another outlined dragon coming out underneath it and curling down my arm...
Thats to go with the solid dragon on my left arm and the crow on a cross on my back...
Got plans for more too, but not too many, they've got to be distinct...

Yeah didnt reckon Ash were really your cuppa
If you look at the cover of Meltdown, their latest album, you'll see a stylised Phoenix in black against the flames (geddit? rising from the ashes?)
It's that wot Tim has on his right upper arm. Yours sound fab - send pics!!!
Now help me persuade Reddyfreddy that he needs the XTC/Chalkhills horse on his shoulder....
