Today, the postman delivered an envelope from Bosch UK!

Contents: 1 dishwasher manual. Here's the skinny on Bosch: in what seems to be an increasingly common practice, they produce one manual for multiple products. In this case, it appears that they produce one manual for...all their dishwashers! At least, so far as I can see, 'cos there's no mention of model numbers on the front or inside, and it's got all those nice, clear asterisks throughout that say *some models. (*Which* ing models, though? Does it apply to this one or not?)

So why couldn't Bosch (UK) send you this in the first place? I think the prohibitive cost of first-class post to Luxembourg may have been your downfall. Also, the "we don't market that model in the UK" argument holds even less water than before...

Anyway, I shall hand-deliver said item within the next fortnight.
