My University project is on British Politics and I am on the section about the main political parties. I, therefore, need to upload a picture of each parties symbol (ie the Labour Rose, Conservative Torch and Liberal Democrat Dove).

There should be no copyright risk as they are all widely known and used.

Please allow me to so this as my project will benefit enormusally from it. I can send you a copy of the pictures if you need.

The short answer to your question is 'no'. Sorry There would be an issue with copyright with publishing the logos.
