Hi Rimmer,
I respect what you are doing for the Regiment, but be careful you don't push people too far, i.e Jedi Jade. I can't tell you to do anything, but if someone does something very good, like Jedi Jade has, I would reward them. Its up to you of course. But we don't want to start losing people.
