Off a wandering
Posted Aug 6, 2011
Off on Wednesday for a bit of meandering round the country. Beg a lift down to Cropredy for some music and , then Sunday make my way down to Dorset for some hanging around in a field and gassing round a campfire, with , then after the bank holiday back my way back up to the Midlands for Acorn Fayre and more music, campfires and . Four weeks of bumming around with a tent and a rucksac. Get in.

Failing to see the link

Why the blue blazes does Windows Media Player think my Fairport Convention - Live at Cropredy 08 CD is 'The Best of Uriah Heep'?
Can anyone see a link here?

Weather you can play with
Posted Dec 23, 2009
I love snow. really, I do. Its's the only weather you can play with. What I don't like, however, is dozy bosses that can't understand that just because there's no snow at work or where they live, doesn't mean there is a bxstxrd shedload (technical term there) of the stuff 6 miles down the road where I live. So yes mate, I am later because of the weather. No, I'm not making a crap excuse. Perhaps tomorrow you would like me to take a photograph of the roads here before I trudge through it?

No Amazon, I actually have some taste in books
Posted Sep 14, 2009
So for the love of Mike, stop suggesting Dan Bloody Brown as 'you may be interested in'. No, I'm really really not. Yes, I know I buy lots of SF and fantasy. *Good* SF and fantasy. Not the equivalent of See Spot Run. And why is it that no matter how many times I tick 'Not Interested' it still pops up.
