hiya Lisa-great to hear from you-

it must be a technical problem-I can't access any of the bbc boards-so don't worry.

It's driving me mad-I'm in the middle of something on the dr who boards-and I can't get putting my point across!

so anyway-how are you doing? rotten news about daytime BH-and after the amount of complaints that were made about Prime Time!

I'm glad the fault on the boards isn't personal!!

It is a shame DD is dropping BH daily's I don't think there is anyone who could replace him. And as you say many people bagged prime BH. Ho-hum let's hope the wrong descision wasn't made!

I don't know-I can't understand why DD can't just stick to doing the daytime shows-it's how it started.

and to bow to 'popular demand' if they cut back his input-he'd have less to do-and it would suit the grumps!

God knows who they'll find to replace him-I don't think I'd be bothered watching if they use a drag like the guy from Flog it!

I'm with you, I don't understand why the daytime shows are to suffer as you say they are the show's roots, I'd have sooner just have David during the day, why can't they repeat daytime shows in the evening like Neighbours then that way everyone get's to see BH as it should be, rather than puffed up for prime time - sound any good?

Someone on the board did mention Lily Savage but I think that was just sick thinking!!

I mentioned to a friend the other day that maybe Michael H's son Jai would be a good replacement for David, he's in the buisiness and isn't a well known face. I dunno I just think new blood rather than one of the experts would be more favourable.

As David says the coin is in the air, and I'm still in a state of shock!!!

hi Lisa-yep both your suggestions sound pretty good to me-It wouldn't hurt anyone to show the repeats as you say-If I were you I'd email the BH team direct with that suggestion-I bet they'd be interested

I don't know-I wonder if it's all just a publicity stunt-so that in the end they can turn round and tell us that due to popular demand DD's daytime will continue (not that I think DD will be in the know-he seems genuine enough)

what's happened to Christopher Shaw on the boards-he suddenly went a bit weird and seems to have stopped posting...dunno what his game is-he seemed fun at times-then deadly serious-hey ho!

I will probably see you on the boards later-there's a thread about the size of DD's hands...
