I've needed them since I had kids begining 20 years ago....
And yes, of course you may have a long afternoon nap, just be sure to put it back on the pile when you're done...

It's ok.... we got married on my 21st birthday, partly because at the time I had the foresight to realize that at some point in my life I was going to get tired of celebrating yet another birthday, and we could just concentrate on celebrating the wedding anniversaries instead.
