You know me already... I don't want to officially ACE you-- I'll let one of my other cohorts do that... and don't worry, I'll let Eris and Clive and Amy P know you're here. You'll have so many visitors you won't know what to do with yourself...
Anyhoo, check out A486641 for some helpful links. I KNOW I'll be seeing you around.

And then Amy P will tell her entire fan club.
By the way, does anyone keep records of how many conversations there are before an official ACEing?
Hello, Lady Scott.

Light says she never *was* ACEd...
But anyway, maybe one of Lady Scott's daughters should tell her to subscribe to her own page... If her real daughters don't by the time I get home, then I guess I, her long-lost eldest will have to... After all, we use the same skin (if she went with the preference she said she would) and I know where that is...

Whoosh to which?

Lost.... becoming blithering idiot (moreso than usual, yes, even I notice a difference). Subscribe to what? Stepped in what? Shot who?

*will let Amy P handle this one*

Gee, thanks, sis...
Um... The reference to skin just means that I know where things are if you are using the skin you said you would... If you subscribe to your own page, any conversations started on the bottom will show up in you 'Most Recent Conversations' list without you having to do anything, like post to them... (Not how it sounds--for instance, Tom hasn't been on for ages, and since I went ahead and logged on as him so that he could be subscribed to his own page, all the conversations that have been started since he got so busy are in that list...) But anyway, when you're looking at your space, you'll see three things at the bottom.... One says something like 'Click here to subscribe to this entry.' Do so, and if any new conversations start, you'll see them...

Yes I believe I recall meeting you somewhere along the way...

Lady Scott Posted Jan 30, 2002
I went ahead and switched to goo, cause some of the pages (particularly thingite pages) are done in yellow lettering which is downright impossible to see on white, so just to be able to view those...
And I'm still not getting it.... no wait.... I recall seeing something about subscribing to my page, which seemed silly, seeing as how I was on my page and already seeing them on my page...why would I have to subscribe to the conversations that are already on my page?

Because like I said last night (although maybe not very coherently) when people start new conversations on your space, if you're subscribed to your space, you'll see them... Granted, you intro isn't as long as some, so it doesn't take you very long to scroll down to the conversations (and besides, I think in Goo you have to scroll down anyway? I don't know...)
It's up to you, really...

Oooh, the yellow lettering is done on purpose...
The number of Thingites who are GOO fans is amazing... <-- thingite with a spork

Like I've said before--I think Goo's pretty, but I can only look at it for about 10 minutes before getting a splitting eye strain headache... Yellow on white actually causes less trouble for me

Lady Scott Posted Jan 30, 2002
Must be the way your color/brightness is set up on your computer..... I couldnt even see the yellow on white here, it just faded into it.

Oh, the yellow on white isn't easy, but I'm stubborn, I am... And if it goes for too long, you can just highlight it...
Teehee...
Lady Scott Posted Jan 30, 2002
now theres' somthing I hadn't thought of.... highlighting the stuff i can't see.

If you're nagging me, Amy, then you already know why I won't... Heck, I just said why a couple posts ago! And I'm not the only one with the eyestrain problem--spimcoot told me he does too...
