Hello.
Are you well today?
Did you manage to sleep o.k. last night or were you kept awake by cheese induced nightmares all night?
I wonder why cheese causes nightmares?

Hiya 6!
I'm okay actually. Very tired though, (late nights, you know how it is )
I dont know why cheese gives you nightmares, or even if it *does*. I can never remmember my dreams so can't say one way or the other.
And how are you this fine wednesday?

I've just been chatting to the resident office phsychologist who says that cheese doesn't actually give you nightmares.
There may be something in the cheese that prevents you from falling fully asleep (especially when mixed with alcohol apparently) and this may be why people relate sleep difficulties to cheese.
He also added that all people dream, but some people don't remember that they dream.

Ah, thought something like that might be the case.
I know I *do* dream, as sometimes I'll wake up suddenly, I'll know I was having some kind of dream , but seem to instantly forget what it was about.
You have a resident phychologist at the RM? Actually, I think thats probably quite a good idea...

Yeah, what with that constant barrage of phone calls you get, honestly, I'm amazed you can hear yourselves *think*, what with the deafning sound of phones ringing all the time

So far today I've taken 41 incoming calls, dealt with 8 faxes, made 11 outgoing calls, written 2 letters to customers, made the coffee and cleaned the drip tray from the water cooler.
And I've only been here 3 hours today.
(and of course I've kept up to date with all my h2g2 threads, had a good gossip with the resident phsychologist and had a half hour teabreak)

That truly is amazing
And here I was thinking all you did all day was lounge about, posting crap on h2g2
41 calls in 3 hours? Thats like 1 call every 4 mins!
Whats the matter, does no one else there do any work?
Or is it all up to you, as usual

I can't *believe* you followed 'Porpoise' up with 'Reason'
The guys in the office think I've gone mad, as I couldn't stop sniggering for 5 minutes!
I'll get you for that!

And Al has just asked for some of whatever I've had.
I think is was a logical follow on.
Not quite as obscure as 'Mrs Marple and The English Butler' follwed by 'Crumpet' though!
This is what comes of having a five year old.
You may also notice that anything that has no connection with what you are saying is an elephant.

Maybe I'll just get on with some work instead!
I've been feeling really miserable this afternoon.
At least that cheered me up.
