Hello - the polished UG version of ''Babbacombe' Lee' can be found here:

And if you want to tussle any further with Pinniped about co-authorship (and he seems pretty insistent on the matter), here's the thread to do it on:

Wow. Three years. Whooooosh...
Anyway, here is the UG version of 'SHELL':

Well, I say 'version'... Remembering what happened the last time I mucked around with your punctuation, I made an executive decision and decided to leave it the hell alone. Unless told otherwise. Two things caught my eye.
"...the pilgrimages of three Graham ancestors to the shrine Santiago de Campostila"
An 'of' after 'shrine'?
"...the energy of tens of millions sunny days"
Another one after millions?

Hey Trin. Whoosh indeed. I can't say I remember being argumentative with you, so I'm sorry for your thousand-or-so days of angst. Anyway, in this case, I agree there are words missing.
Can you please make the first one "at" i.e., "...the pilgrimages of three Graham ancestors to the shrine at Santiago de Campostela", yes? You'll note I've changed the spelling of Capostela ...

The link is wrong too - it goes to the UN. This is my cut and paste from the preoccupied fishmonger I suspect.
The second 'of' I agree with your assessment. I had thought of tens of millions as a number in its own right, as in one sunny day, twenty sunny days, but I suppose I should think of it like "dozens sunny days", which doesn't work, so "dozens of sunny days" is better. Thanks. "tens of millions of sunny days" it shall be.
Pleasure to have your name on this.

Well, thankyou very much! A pleasure for me too. You can look forward to seeing this on the Front Page in the very near future.
About twenty-two hours and forty minutes by my watch.
Argumentative? You were sublimely diplomatic. I'd rearranged a full stop. You arranged for me to rearrange it back again. I think I was just trying to make it feel like I'd done something.
Key: Complain about this post
