Hello Marshal.
I had my car ID your fingerprints to get your contact information. I don't know if this letter will reach you through government chains or not, but I hope it does.
I need your help. We don't have the resources to track down these anarchists before they've already done their job...and as shown in the courthouse fiasco, properly framing us for it. What I need from you is a way to tune into your early alert bands, so we know quickly when and where they are striking... or at least a one-on-one communique from you to me.
If this is seen through, I will owe you a favor in the future. And I pay my debts.
