Whoops missed this post. Congratulations and that. Is in nosey to wonder what the "almost" is in the first post?

Nothing important- we carefully wrote an order that the photos were to be shot in, which then didn't happen so people were hanging around, unsure of what was going on. And I was so tired that I nearly fell asleep in my apple pie. But once I stopped having to sit still I woke up again.

Oh yes, despite the fact that most of my savings disappeared into the financial black hole once known as Iceland. By the way, I know you don't want armfuls of stuff to carry back with you, but would this be an opportune time to return a couple of the books you lent me?

I must say, this Mu-Beta-inspired Halloween anagrams thingummy has me checking a lot more Personal Spaces!

I don't think it was entirely my idea.

A few of us did it once a few years ago (2004?), and I was the only person who thought of reviving it the year after.

Anyway mine isn't an anagram. There aren't many anagrams you can make from my normal username, so I rot13'd it (transpose all letters 13 places along the alphabet, looping round the ends).

It has certainly been a while now, hasn't it. Still, I'll happily blame you.

I changed mine because I was feeling left out in the Atelier. It's peer pressure you see.

I've got rail tickets. Not too pricey - certainly cheaper than it would have been to take the train to London for the meet. I'm doing that journey by Megabus (I'm hoping the Megabus is purple with three decks like in Harry Potter).

-wise, I have still to read The Many-Coloured Land.

Well, you can keep for now if you would like. Just please be careful with it- I'm not sure if they are ever coming back into print (last time I heard they were 'under consideration'). It would the nice to have The Broken god back though- I don't have a spare copy of that.

Unfortuately, Megabus is neither purple, or, as it used to be, an old bus. I went to London on one years back and I loved it! Buses are so much more comfortable than coaches, for me anyway. I find coaches a sort of hell.

I certainly find reading easier on trains than coaches. Not sure about old school buses.

Okay, two books to return. And I hope that, unlike the library you won't charge me a fiver for keeping them too long.
