Hi Jordan & Della
.
Have either of you considered keeping a dream & meditation journal? I kept one for three years and it proved to be absolutely fascinating. It allowed me to recognise patterns to my dreaming that aligned closely with lunar phases. It also allowed me to to piece together whole dreams from bits I remembered each time.

A journal could be a good idea Math - I've thought of it, but at various times, I have been prone to nightmares and 'horrible' dreans, which I would, in the interests of research feel obliged to write down. So, I decided not to, except that I have been keeping a journal of sorts of dreams in two particular categories : dreams which *may* represent communication with my 'one true love' and those which *may* give hints about possible 'past lives'. Sometimes the categories overlap. (Which explains the One True Love - I am blowed if I know what I see in him this time around - it must be a past life connection, as he have almost no interests and beliefs in common, and that he's just *gorgeous* (a young Rutger Hauer) isn't enough, as I am not that shallow!

Hi Della .
A younger Rutger Hauer eh? You know some kind people say that I look like one of the characters from LOtR Fellowship of the Ring. Apparently he goes under the name of 'Stone Troll'. Must be a handsome chap .
It is interesting what you said about nightmares and disturbing dreams. My journal revealed that often what I thought were isolated occurences were, once they were seen as part of a pattern or dream-cycle, actually not so disturbing after all. Its like watching a movie such as 'Lethal Weapon' but only seeing the violent parts. From them you'd never understand that it was in fact a light-hearted tale of friendship and loyalty.

That would be an absolutely fascinating thing to do... I almost always remember my dreams, which actually makes it harder to remember a given dream because I remember so many! I'm starting a journal on the internet, no reason why I can't record my dreams!
I am possibly going to be the first person to asphixiate due to coursework... My flatmate threatens to kick me out when he leaves (tomorrow) in case I set fire to the place or something! I don't get it...
