Jumping back to your first posting LSF, I do like Avebury. Whenever we feel need to hug a stone, that's were we go, although I do get very strange vibes off one or two so much so that I find it difficult to breath!

It's so nice to live so close to Avebury...fulfills my hippy need.

2 of my friends had their handfasting ceremony there last year, then went on to the registry office to do the "legal" thing. Would have been perfect if not for the rain, the wind, the cold and the fact that I was barefoot and wearing a sleeveless slinky number along with the other bridesmaid...

Which stones give you the vibes Caerwynn?

Its the same as usual........but who cares as im off to Oz for a month on Dec 10th Wahooooooo!!!!!

I can't remember if the stones had names, but according to my guide book of Avebury they were the last two in the south inner circle, sort of at 6 and 7 o'clock, I think. I would have to go there again and hug them again to find out.

Once the decorator has finished and I don't have to spend weekends packing up/unpacking rooms, H and I might get the chance to go down again. I could do with hugging a stone again.

I *really* enjoyed my 6 weeks in Western Australia. In fact it was a real struggle to tear myself away to carry on traveling to Borneo and Thailand. You'll have a blast Watty!

I've recently heard from a friend of mine who's just bought a new boat and has invited us over to cruise about a bit this winter in the Virgin Islands.

Next time I'm in Avebury Caerwynn I'll go and check those stones out, see if the make me go too. But then, hey! I've always been a bit anyway...

Do you have to travel a long way to get to Avebury? Lucky for us it's only about 50 minutes drive.

I travelling over there on my own, but meeting up with Lee who is living over there at the mo........Stay with him for a bit then off up to Brissy to meet so work mates and do some scuba/surfing etc. Then back down the east coast to spend new year in Sydney with another work friend.....hopefully
