Ooohhhh I'd love to go to the Larmer Tree festival, it's somewhere I've always wanted to go to, but never got around to it for one reason or another.....

but that's the weekend that I'm getting married! smiley - headhurts

We're planning on having a costume faerie ball type thing on the saturday, hopefully in the New Forest, so the Larmer Tree Festival shall have to wait for yet another year. smiley - erm

I really appreciate the links though dugdog! smiley - cheers

no worries...

if your getting married day was anything like mine you'll have the time of your life...

we had all our mates in a fantastic weird big marquee (weird shpaed thing with pointy bits that her mum sourced) and ginam table-cloths and loads of decent wine and piles of fresh salads and cheeses - then my mate Ken Easy - who's an Easy New Lounge type DJ from Brighton for the evening - it's just SO top having all your mates in the same place - wierd 'cos you kind of expect everyone to know each other, just because you do.....

serious advice tho' I don't know if you drink (or indulge in other stimulants of your choice)...but if you do (and this sounds SO parenty, so forgive me) my advice (from personal experience) is pace yourself very carefully, 'cos EVERYONE wants you to have a drink/smoke/whatever with them....and when you have lots of mates all wanting there own special moment of celebration...things can get pretty hard work....suffice to say I really regret loosing about 3/4 hours in the late afternoon where I was hammered (it's the only time I've ever had memory failure through alchahol). I don't beleive in regret as a useful emotion, so try to do without it...but that is the only regret I have in my life.......the day goes by quick enough without speeding things up through getting wasted....

i wish I'd stayed calm and just lapped it up instead of getting over excited and going for it a bit too much....

anyway, that's just my thoughts..I'm sure you'll love it good luck!

just a thought......have a good one.
