Other than adding the link that Woolly Mammoth suggested in the PR thread (and I'll find a place to either link it to or add a sentence somewhere), I don't think there's much else we need to do with it

I took the liberty of adding something, I hope you don't mind. But it was the single most bit of helpful advice I was given during management training, in how to deal with difficult and aggressive clients.

"If confronted by an unreasonable aggressor try to stay out of arm's reach and make sure you have an exit behind you."

(we had people who might come in and thump you)

I thought it might be useful to a lot of other people too.
