How are you?
Why aren't you getting enough sleep?
Want some valarian teabags? They are guaranteed to get you nodding of as soon as your head hits the pillow.

Just staying up too late & getting up too early - apart from the snoring spouse & recently coughing offspring!

I'm aclimatising gradually (post Christmas lie-ins) with the aid of my new sunrise alarm clock - it's great!

Not too bad thanks - busy, busy, busy!
Feeling good today, managed to visit elder son (at uni)for lunch yesterday - missed him more this term than the first one. Only another two weeks and he'll be home for the Easter break.
Got lots of painting done today, new kitchen coming on well. Tomorrow is all day technical & dress rehearsal for next weekend's local drama effort.

How's life treating you? Finding any time for yourself?

I should say so.It's been half term all week.

I'm busy getting my father's old slides and negatives scanned into my PC.They are 50 years old and no one has bothered to do anything with them.My sister has had them for the past 24 years and has kept saying she was dealing with them. Finally I've prised them away from her.I plan to put them onto CD's for the kids though I suspect my wanting to secure their history for them may be met with a baffled thank you.

What a great idea. Maybe one day they'll appreciate it.

I know my Mum has tons of old photos & we keep saying we'll go through them to make sure they are all identified. I'd hate to leave it too late to do. My younger son has expressed some interest in our family history - my husband was adopted & has no desire to discover his origins, but my son is curious.
