Glad you like my efforts, now I`ve started I can`t seem to stop!
I`m going to start another entry specifically to practice.. and not mess too much with my U page.
Ex-Rambling got me interested, and it`s just gone on from there
The smiley hasn`t changed..the big ones are from the picture library, and can only be used in GuideML.

Hi Lurcher,

Well the kitchen has gone off the boil metaphorically speaking (no pun intended!!). The guy who came in to do the quote etc. was asked for a testimonial of previous work. After assuring me tht he would bring it he disappreared like a dose of salts.!!.

but I am thrilled with the bedroom and have got room to dance around in my wheelchair. I have also ordered some new venetian blinds instead of having curtains. which means than I need no longer lurch(sorry!!) into the window when I try to close them.

We are off to Cornwall on Thursday. Driving down with my brother and son and a friend who has kindly offered to come with me. I am looking forward ot it when I get there.

Well, perhaps a good thing he has disappeared, there`s plenty more reputable people around, I`m sure, providing you can get a fair price.
At least the bedroom sounds great, if you need to, you can do a dozen laps around it..that`ll make you sleep

Couldn`t find any info on that owl sanctuary, AR, can`t even remember exactly where it is..
But if it`s anywhere near where you are going, the local tourist office will know.
