Hi dear , I have been very negligent this week. Have been making pathetic attempts to join a pirate ship which I foolishly Ithought I would like, forgetting that I get seasick!!. How are you? Well I hope. Is this what I have to do to write in your space? Have had a good week having tried my hand at Raku firing of some pottery which I had made. That sounds very grand, but I sat and watched whilst kind friends dashed from the hot kiln to the buckets of wood chips and shredded paper clutching the fearsomely hot works of art with long plier things.(Ideal I thought for picking things up!!) The end result is quite incredible. Have also been trying to come to terms with the latest ailment - not serious I think - but a grade 2 (I think that it is called) diabetes!! What will I get next I wonder? anyway, gone are my beautiful chocolates, (except that it is beer). Fortunately is still on the menu and also lovely smoked salmon. So I am very lucky. I was thinking when I was swimming this week that being in water helps one to defy gravity - or doesn't it? Amazing that I feel so free in it. I also see that you like radios. I have a Zenith that belonged to my husband which is a very dear possession. I must off to bed as I am going to a meeting in London tomorrow. Great excitement. I send you some good lupine greetings and warm wishes. AR1 the reluctant Corsican PS Did you listen to the Douglas Adams programme last Saturday?

Hi dear How are you? Hope I can catch you before you go off line.!!I am trying to send a message to the party goers wishing them a happy party and I do not appear to know how to do it. As I said before I have never known how to initiate a conversation - I have got so many places in Cornwall - some super and JOLLY expensive - and hopefully others that will suit all our needs and my pocket. Bye for now. a big Also Ran1

Hi of direct lupine descent. Yes, we have hearly forgotten about it - and your efforts to overcome gravity. Though I nearly did it in my wheelchair last weekend, on a rocky incline.!! I STILL cannot get hold of the friends I have "lost" on my space. It was much easier to find them on your space and I have managed to track a few from there. But now I cannot even get that. Bother, bother, bother. Bye Have a good day. A big AR1

Hello AR!!
I think I might know why you cannot find your "lost conversations"
The last time I told you how to find them, I was assuming you were in "GOO", but now I assume you are in Alabaster, and it`s slightly different. So here goes again. (you might want to print this out to make it easier to follow)
1..Go to your personal space.
2..On the left hand side, you`ll see "Most recent Conversations"
3..Scroll down to the bottom of this list and you`ll see "Click here to see more conversations" (this is directly above "Most recent Guide Entries)
3..
Now you`ll see a page..."Forum postings by AR1"
4..Scroll down to the bottom of this page and you`ll see "Older Postings>>
5..Click on that, and you`ll get another page of postings.
6..Scroll down to the bottom of this page, and again you`ll see "Older postings>>"
7 Click on that, and yet another page appears. Scroll down to the bottom, and you`ll see..<>
8..Click on "Older postings and this time the postings, you`ll find, are the first ones you made.
At the bottom of this page, there is...<<Newer postings, and "Back to AR`s Personal Space"
Click on that, and you are back to where you started!!!!
I hope this works for you, I`ve tried it in Alabaster ,on your page, and had no problems
Let me know how you get on !!
L
