Well, having leaped into this without thinking (or looking) I'm not quite sure what to write at this point. This is in plain text for now, cos I haven't quite worked out the other style but expect it all to change in the near future. Perhaps I should post an under-construction notice...
Having read this, it's not much of an introduction. On the other hand that leaves enormous scope for improvement. A kind of doer-upper of an introduction, the sort you buy cheap and spend five times it's value in an effort to recoup your costs. But hey, just you wait 'til it's finshed. What an intro it'll be then!
