Stop nagging Ole Yeller! I found it extremely sad... when I was ten...
It was one of the first american novels I read...and I´m still wondering why I read more

I never saw the movie, but read the book, or more correctly the Reader´s Digest version of it, when I was around ten... it was so sad...
