i dont like WIKAPEDIA tho...its a really crummy search thingy.............i tried to take over the ship but it didnt work...so he appointed me as his master seaperson...id rather be a master sea girl or woman...

It probably just means that you're the forewoman in charge of all the seapeople. All the regular sailors maybe.
